Scarf | GARDEN PLANTS

Description

The Revolution took the King's head, and the JARDIN DU ROI was renamed LE JARDIN DES PLANTES in 1793. It is the only garden whose opening to the public is regulated by nature: open from sunrise to sunset, its hours fluctuate throughout the year. Marin Montagut sketches it from an aerial view and accompanied by its most illustrious inhabitants, such as its pink flamingos, its dinosaurs and its beautiful flowers.

The watercolor illustration is available here as a silk square, delicately crafted by a family manufacturer in Lyon, France. It comes in two different sizes, both allowing the scarf to be worn around the neck.

Material: 100% silk (14 mommes).

Hand rolled in the French style.
