Born from a collaboration between Marin Montagut and a cartographer, the ASTRALE globe is the result of exceptional craftsmanship which requires a week of handwork for its creation. The structure of the globe is made of cardboard fixed with flour glue and coated with a thin layer of plaster. The calculation of the twelve map zones is up to date and carried out to the nearest millimeter. The wooden base is turned by hand and coated with matte black paint.
