A great lover of Paris and its magical alleyways, Marin Montagut wanted to immortalize his three favorite neighborhoods with his own stroke: Le Marais, Montmartre and Saint Germain des Prés.
The LE MARAIS decorative wall art is printed on a press in Paris, on rag paper made by hand in a mill in the south of France using 18th century techniques. The print is then colored with watercolors in Marin Montagut's Parisian studio.
Limited series of 200 copies. Each plate is numbered.
Each painting is fixed on two wooden sticks which roll up on themselves like a parchment and close with a grosgrain ribbon in the manner of the handwritten cards of the time.
