Created in 1612 at the request of Marie de Medici, the Jardin du Luxembourg is one of the springtime rendezvous for lovers of Paris. Marin Montagut sketches it through one of its most emblematic inhabitants: its magnificent palm tree, the “PALMIER DU LUXEMBOURG”. The watercolor illustration is here in the form of a beautiful artisanal glass.
Marin Montagut works on each of his tableware models by drawing inspiration from old-fashioned French tableware. The glass of rare finesse is mouth-blown and hand-painted.
